Quick answer
Do you come to my area?
If you are anywhere in San Diego County, in the Temecula Valley, or in the Coachella Valley from Palm Springs to Indio, we can reach you. Call the one number, describe what the door is doing, and dispatch routes the nearest truck and gives you a real arrival window. If your address is outside those areas, dispatch will tell you straight away.
How we cover it
Two offices, two regions
Where each office sends its trucks, and why the two regions need slightly different work.
The San Diego service office on Murphy Canyon Rd sits in Kearny Mesa, where I-15, I-805 and SR-163 come together. From there the trucks run south to Chula Vista and the South Bay, north to Escondido, Carlsbad and Oceanside, east to El Cajon, and up I-15 to Temecula. Most of San Diego County's roughly 1.25 million homes are within a sensible drive, along with the warehouses and storefronts that make up its commercial base.
The head office on Stillwater St in Indio covers the Coachella Valley: Indio itself, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and Palm Springs. Housing there is younger and the conditions are different, with desert sun on seals and finishes, seasonal homes that sit idle for months and gated communities with their own standards, so the desert crew works to those conditions.

Questions about where we work
Call and tell dispatch your address. If it is in San Diego County, the Temecula Valley or the Coachella Valley, a truck can reach you, and you get a real arrival window on the call.
Yes. One number reaches dispatch for both the Kearny Mesa service office and the Indio head office, any hour of the day.
The services, the pricing method and the safety testing are the same everywhere. What changes is the local mix: salt-air corrosion near the coast, older hardware inland, and sun, seals and seasonal homes in the desert.
Yes. Commercial doors and gates across all of these communities run through the same dispatch line.
