The fine detail

Terms and policies

How the website and the phone line work, in plain language. The work itself is covered by the quote you accept for your job.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to contacting Master Overhead Doors by phone. By using the site or calling us, you agree to them. The work itself is covered by the quote or agreement you accept for your job.

Our work

Our own crews perform the garage door, opener, commercial door and gate work booked through this website and our phone line. Descriptions on the site explain how we typically handle each job; the specific scope, parts and price for your job are set out when a technician inspects the door.

Quotes and prices

Cost figures in our guides are published national or statewide ranges, linked to their sources, and are not quotes. Your price is given on site before work starts. After-hours dispatch may carry a stated premium, which is quoted on the call.

Telephone contact and consent

When you call us, you agree that we may call or text you back at the number you provide about your service request, scheduling and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping where the law allows. Where consent is required, you will be told at the start of the call, and you may ask for the call not to be recorded.

Call forwarding and transfers

Our team handles calls to this line. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded or transferred to another trusted local door provider so you still get help quickly. A provider that takes a forwarded call is an independent business: its availability, pricing, warranty and terms may differ from ours, and its work is governed by its own agreement with you. We recommend confirming any provider's licensing and insurance before work begins.

Website content

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your door, and nothing on it is a warranty or guarantee.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to outside sources for cost data and legal text. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions can go to us by phone at (619) 960-8387.
