What we see here
The jobs Allied Gardens & Del Cerro calls about most
Established homes east of Mission Valley.
Springs on long-serving doors
Doors on established homes are often on their second or third set of springs. We replace them in pairs and balance the door so the opener is not overworked.
Older doors due for conversion
One-piece and extension-spring doors still turn up here. Converting to a sectional door with torsion springs makes the door safer and quieter.
Openers without battery backup
Openers installed before July 2019 lack battery backup. We fit compliant openers when the old one fails.
